Smart pizza ovens supplier hires reps and grows test kitchen presence ahead of US push

French manufacturer API Tech has high hopes for its smart pizza automation equipment in the USA after gaining UL and NSF certification.

The company has been specialising in the design, manufacturing, and installation of high quality automated machines since 2004 and moved into the foodservice sector six years ago. It has since installed more than 350 machines worldwide.
